Images were not uploaded. Do you want to continue? [re: ]

I got the message "Images were not uploaded. Do you want to continue listing?"

Answer:
I got a quick answer from Mr. Withgott and thought I'd post it in case others encounter it in the future

"Hi,

You need to delete the eBay authorization from your Auction Profile. Here's how:

1. Select "File | Auction Profiles..." from the AW2000 menu bar.

2. When the Auction Profile Settings window appears, right click on your Auction Profile in the list on the left-hand side of the window. Select "Delete eBay Authorization" from the popup menu.

3. Click "Yes" on the Confirmation window to delete the authorization.

AW2000 will take you through the eBay authorization process the next time you perform a function that interacts with eBay, such as listing or updating Auction Lots. See if that eliminates the error.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Regards,"

I spoke too soon. We are still working on it, but I must say, the "author" of AW2K has been stellar all these years (been using it since 2000.

Still haven't found a solution for the photo upload to eBay, though my pics are making it to my host (InMotionHosting). Will post the final solution.

Re: Images were not uploaded. Do you want to continue? new [re: CultDoctor]

Well, it seems this part is corrected with your instructions (thank you) but now I am only getting the Gallery photo. Then I have to revise my item on ebay and add my photos.

On ebay the message is: "Only 1 photo allowed with Self Hosting option. For more photos use other import options"

Just upgraded to Build 328 just before I followed your instructions so I am wondering if it is a problem with the upgrade.

In auction profiles there are four choices for ebay Picture Services but I have tried all four with the same result...only the Gallery photo uploading.

I could, of course, show my additional photos in the description but then the potential buyer gets that "click to see full description" which is also not acceptable. Plus when you list you get the ebay https warning.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Since you are working with Thom, I won't bother him and look forward to you posting the solution. Thank you, CultDoctor!

Re: Images were not uploaded. Do you want to continue? new [re: onlynancydrew]

Still working with the superb AW@K support, but no success yet. I list only one photo with eBay and the rest in the description. I realize that many don't even click "see description", but with my 2000 items on eBay, it's a reasonable savings.

Mr. Withgott of AW2K said they found a bug in picture listing and directed me to the update Aw2kU1659s.exe, but that did not resolve my problem, though that update requested a reboot of my system.

Thank goodness I can still download auctions and ship! Listing new products is a more palatable crisis.

Will keep posting on this topic until solution arrives.

Yes, the support IS superb! Hopefully, we will soon have a solution :)

Right, we can work around the photo issue but the "business as usual" part is working great and that is most important!

Again, CultDoctor, thanks for the diligence and updates.

I see that Build 329 is available. After upgrading, my photos posted perfectly!!

Thank you, Mr. Withgott and thank you, CultDoctor
