Bids not showing up

I logged into my ebay account and I see that I have three bids on one of my items. However, when I open my AW2K, there there is no evidence of any bids on my item. I tried refreshing the auction lot and everything but no bids are there. What could be the problem?

HI,

No problem.

Update the auction profile. Or what is easier, update that particular Auction lot.

Go to the Auction lots tab/window.
On the menu locate "Auction Site"
From the drop down menu select Update All Lots
When the dialog box opens, Click Yes
And let AW2K work. If anything has Sold the "Status of Online Auctions" box will have a "Generate Invoices" button. Otherwise, just click OK.

And voila, the buyers bidding information is retrieved and stored.

Does that help?

HI,

That is good... Gee that was easy solving all your problems. can you solve all of mine now????

You can also update individual lots.
Find the Auction lot you wish to update.
Use ctrl+D at the same time and just that Auction lot will update.

I use that all of the time but then I am a keyboard shortcut nut too.
