Hi, I am receiving an API error code 240 on 2 listing I am currently trying to upload to ebay. I had 6 other listing go thru fine but it stopped these 2. I have revised all my listings to only show paypal acceptance and have removed my return policy from the body of the listing. Any thing else that I should do?

Restart AW2K.
Go to File on the menu.
Select "Program options"
In the lower right hand corner place a check in the "generate HTTP log file"

Try to list the auctions. After the errors show up. Close the lister window.

Attach the HTTPlog.txt and Listinglog.txt file to an email and send it to me. I'll see if I can spot the problem

You find the HTTPlog.txt file and Listinglog.txt file by opening Windows Explorer.
Click on My computer, and expand it.
Expand the C drive.
click on the AW2000 folder.
In the right hand preview pane in alphabetical order you will find the two log files.

After you send me the logfiles, go to AW2000 "File | Program Options ",,, and uncheck "Generate HTTPlog files".
