Error code 10019
|
|
|
When I try to list an item I get and error message returned that says
"Listing Errors and Warnings for Auction Profile "ebay" API Error Code 10019: ShippingService is required if Insurance, SalesTax, or AutoPay is specified."
I get this from every listing.
Your help in this matter will be greatly appreciated. Bruce

Bruce,
The Shipping option fields are missing values.
Go to the Auction lot, click on the "Shipping option" tab which is located on the center divider.
When the Shipping options open, all fields must contain a value.
If the checkbox "Do not specify shipping options" is checked, uncheck it. And then select either a Flat rate setup or the Calculated.
Does that help?

Hi,
Shut down AW2K and then run it again.
Try to list again.
After the listing fails, cancel the listing process.
Attach the Listinglog.txt to an email message and send it to me. I'll take a look at it for you.
To find the listinglog, open Windows Explorer. Expand Computer Expand the C drive Click on the AW2000 folder The files will be displayed in the preview pane on the right side in alphabetical order. The listing log is C:\AW2000\Listinglog.txt
My email address is info@pennyworthsales.com
