Does anyone offer ProPay? How do you connect to the checkout since it's not offered as a payment option (in the profile settings) when you list?

It isn't offered in AW2K yet because eBay has not released the option via the API. And that is because ProPay originally was only going to be offered to certain levels of Power Sellers.

I believe they are moving to change that.

You can offer it and integrate it at checkout. However, currently until it is offered via the API to third party, you will need to Revise your listings in the Bulk Editor to include Propay at the checkout level.
