Thank you for contacting PayPal. When we updated our system, it caused some glitches. This happens to be one of them. It is not a permanent part of our transaction history. Our IT department is actively working on fixing the situation.

I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your input on this particular issue.

I think they are being flooded with complaints. If enough users holler, they will make changes. I do not like the new small font drop down box look on the My eBay either. It is just too hard to read....
