Can't list in eBay or eBay stores today (21-Nov) all day. Goes through entire process, then get error "An error occurred while parsing the "Review and Submit" page" on all auctions.

Have checked that I am running latest AW2K as well as latest category list.

Reviewed this discussion & other board but no one else is mentioning same prob.

Anyone else having this prob? Is there an eBay change that AW2K needs an update?

The problem (solved by the fine people of AW2K) was that "the amount of text in the "Payment Instructions" exceeds eBay's limit."

Here is the error message returned by eBay:

You have entered more than <500> characters in the Payment Instructions field.
Please modify your Payment Instructions.

Shorten the text in the "Payment Instructions" field on the "Shipping Options" tab on the listing window. That should eliminate the error.


Been using AW2K for years, and ALWAYS fast and concise support. One of many reasons why I recommend ONLY AW2K to those I instruct about eBay.
