Just when I thought that everything was going okay, I ran into a snag.

Today I did a number of acutions. And as I was doing them and listed them on eBay, the screen turned blank, like I had checked that no auction lots should show. So I would click on hide/show file and then my auction lots would show. I would have to do that after each auction lot that I listed. When I got done listing I thought I had better backup my files. So I backed up my files and and then I tried to restore my database and the program won't load. It says something about some missing DB files or something like that.

I was thinking maybe I had to remove the program and then download from AW2000 and reinstall.

I found what the error says "mutex table: Cannot perform this operation on a closed dataset."

I'll wait until I hear from you before I do that.

Thank you, Judy for your response to my problem. I wrote an e-mail to info@auctionwizard2000.com and Thom got back to me almost immediately. And the fix was very easy.
