Hi everyone, I'm having a bit of trouble after a database rebuild. I received an error message that 1 table was rebuilt unsuccessfully and to contact tech support for info on how to proceed. Has anyone had this problem before? Thanks!

yes, unfortunately database rebuilds may fail from time to time, which is why you should always make a full backup BEFORE rebuilding your databases!

Contact technical support to resolve the specific issue though. The place to start would be to look at the DB rebuild log file, located at "c:\aw2000\DBRebuildLog.txt". Scroll through until you find the database table noted "FAILED". With this information at hand, technical support will be able to better assist you.

Most of the time a second run will cure the error. I have not experienced otherwise yet.
