Hi, all,
For those of you who use Google base --
By now you must have received your email from Google talking about the changes in terms of the new "Id identifier" requirement in order to continue to use Google datafeeds.
In short, the "ID Identifier" is an alphanumeric value that is unique to your product. It is not the UPC code or anything like that. It is a number and letter value that you make up for your item. and you have to start adding the "ID Identifier" to your tab-delimited or XML file or you will no longer be able to use the Google datafeeds.
So if you are exporting Auction lots to a csv file, you can easily add the ID Identifier into one of the User defined fields on each auction lot. Remember the ID Identifier cannot change for that particular item. It absolutely must remain the same.
