Google Base uploads failing

Hi all,

It would appear unless you are submitting your google base feeds via the Google Base API, that the uploads are currently failing. Google base engineers are aware of the issue and are working to correct it. For the time being, you will have to sit tight unless you want to switch your account to Google Base API and manually upload your files.

Here is a link to the Google base forum where information is posted.

You might consider even though Google is aware of the issue, to go ahead and use the "Help"link on the Details page of your Data Feeds Dashboard.
Clicking the Help link opens up a page that also has a Contact Us link. That link is goes to a web form where you can submit a request to have your feeds allowed because they are compliant and have never failed.

Notifying google base is important as it lets the engineers know just how wide spread the issue actually is.

For those using the Google base API, the API version seems to be working alright.

Re: Google Base uploads failing new [re: bluepennylady]

HI, all

Some people are beginning to be able to successfully upload files to google base now. Not everyone and there is not an "official" it is fixed yet. But numerous successful upload reports are starting to drift in.
