Hi all,

Google base is currently throwing feed errors causing file uploads to fail.

If your feed fails, Please check the "Data feeds > Details" page. If the error message is

Missing tax subattribute US 0 line ##### Help

Then the xml file has a tax attribute that Google cannot currently handle.

IF you are a Bonanzle seller, simply go to "My Bonanzle > Sell" and click the "Update your booth" button in the upper right hand corner.

Wait for a hour so Bonanzle can generate a new xml file. Bill removed the tax attribute from the xml file until Google can get a handle on the attribute field and value. Updating your booth forces Bonanzle to generate a clean file for uploading.

After a hour, you can go back to your Google base account.
Click on Data feeds on the dashboard.
On the Data feeds page, click "EDit" open.. It is located next to Schedule.

Once the schedule editor is open, change the time to a hour from whenever you are editing the time.

Update the schedule

Should you receive the OOPS we didn't understand the page" error message from Google, return to your Google base account and try again.

Should the settings have saved from the first time, use the 'Cancel" button or your browser back button to back out of the Edit mode and the error will not occur..

If the next feed fails after updating your booth, please let me know so we can dig further into the Failed feed.
