eBay XML Google Base file

Hi

For you eBay store sellers.

eBay has FINALLY corrected the condition attribute in the XML file. I tested the fmt=g file today. The condition attribute has been change to g:condition and uploads slick as a whistle.

30 day fixed price listings are still not included in the file. And the schedule upload still does not work well using the GETListings URL eBay supplies so manually uploading the file is the best option.

Now if you want to upload your store listings AND your 30 day Fixed Price, here is the link to a program Keith has developed over at Google Base.

Super easy to use and it works...

http://base.keiths-online-sales-uk.com/GoogleUSall.html

Fill in the storename in lower case, elect to eliminate all caps if you use all cap titles (which is a violation of Google base editorial policy) and the expiry date option.
Submit

Save the file to your computer

Use the Manual upload option in your Base account.

The Manual upload option is in the Data Feeds page directly under the Schedule > Edit link.

Click the "Manual" link
Click Browse and navigate to where you saved the Xml file generated by Keith's program.

Click on the file so it populates the Browse field.

The click the Update and process button.

let it work.

Do not turn off your computer or disconnect from the internet until the file has uploaded to your Base account.

You will be pleased. Works very very well...
