I archived years of data. Wanted to retrieve just the financial data from my transactions and worried about doing a restore from archives that it might screw everything up. Is there a safe way to restore JUST THE sales data and ot the photos, inventory, auction lotes etc? You know, just the sales, item cost, profit...

OK, so I found a way to restore the data, but the data doesn't seem to integrate when I run financial reports. Any suggestions?

I'm just replying to my own questions in case someone runs across the same situation. Why it wasn't working for me, is when I restored, some of my transactions from years back weren't assigned auction profiles. I just assigned them to a current profile and the financials were included in the number crunching. I discovered this by looking at the data this way:

>Invoices, Grid view> soft by date> then noticed a bunch without an auction profile I no longer used.
