How would I post the actual shipping cost and the shipping cost charged. Sometimes the actual shipping is a little different than the shipping charged. If there is a way to do this for the reports please let me know, thanks

I'd like to know this too. I have just left mine alone because I still use a second spread sheet.

There isn't a field on the Invoices for recording the amount you paid for shipping. We recommend that you record your shipping expenses in the Ledger. That way you will have the information for accounting purposes.
