Auction Wizard 2000 has over 30 different report types built in to manage your data.

Inventory or Auction Lot Lists, Ledger Statements, Income or Expenses, Bidder Information, Shipping Manifests, a Consignment or Sales Tax Summary, Unpaid and Overdue Invoices reports can all be viewed or printed for reference.

Select Tools | Reports from the Auction Wizard 2000 menu bar to locate the complete list of the Available Reports. Define the type of report and the range of data you want to appear in it, and Auction Wizard 2000 does the rest.

Would it be possible to group Reports into headings instead of a long list one has to search?

Maybe it could be set up a little bit like the auction categories where you select from smaller lists until you find a report that matches you want to see.

To make it even better, a sample preview of the report would show what the report might contain.

You can sort the "Available Reports" list on the Reports window using the Move Up and Move Down buttons below the list. Move the reports you use most often to the top of the list. That can make them easier to find.
