Is there any way to duplicate a custom report. I want to change a few things in an existing custom report and save with a new name. This does not seem to be available

Save the customized report to a file. Then import it back into the reports. That will create a duplicate copy.

You will see the "Save to a File" option on the Reports window | Custom. The Save to file option is underneath Delete.
