Try using "Insert Field" option and use User field 4, 5 or 6. See if that works better.

You will have to be in the Header, Footer, Payment terms or inside one of the Page component areas alread y there or one you have added. The available User Field tags that will work are displayed in the Insert Field menu along the top.
