AW2K is asking me to enter my ebay id and password. It says i have to be re-authorized for AW2K to interact with ebay.

What is this for?

Every year or so because AW2K uses the eBay API for the program you have to allow AW2K to enter your eBay account. In order to do this they ask permission. When you follow the prompts it enters you to a specal page on eBay where you can "allow" aw2k to get item and sale information as well as enter in new auctions for you on eBay. You did this when you first started AW2k - and it is time to do it once again. If I'm not clear enough on this for you come on back and I'll try better.

If you want to see if STanding WAve Software is still authorized in your eBay account, go to My eBay, Preferences. Scroll down to "Third Party authorizations".

If you have previously authorized STanding wave software, they will appear in the list. And the date you authorized them. If you have accidentally altered anything there, that will cause you to have to re-authorize them again too.
