Re: Description Centering.. new [re: Salvage_Hound]

Hi,

The field tag for "qty available" is not currently available. It has been added to the suggestion list...

But Garry is right,,, the User id fields will work as well other than the qty needs to be manually updated when items sell.

Judy: You're not missing anything. I do change the user defined field in aw2k when an item sells. I also use that field as a double check on what I have available so I automatically fix that amount as soon as an invoice is created for a sale. However, I don't do anything to the page on the website as it would be a royal pain. As far as the website is concerned, I try to reupload every evening so anything that has sold that day will have a correct amount after upload.

Garry,

Whew! I thought, holy moley,, there is a way to update qty available in the User fields. How in the world did I miss that!

I think the User field is a great idea for qty available... And we do the same thing, just update the website when something sells to change whatever needs changed..
