For the second time in 3 years I am recovering from a catastrophic hard disk failure. Yes, I had backups, but there is still a lot to be done when recreating your windows system from scratch. (No, I did not have a ghost copy)

Once again AW2K saved my butt. Within 20 minutes of installing my new hard disk, I was updating my auctions, sending out emails, and processing payments.

Overall my online business was down for less than 4 hours.
