Before I contact Thom I thought I would post here to see if anyone is having the same problem I am having: My Good To Cancel store lots are not updating with a new end date and the relist fee is not updating. This problem started in May after the software update that was made to handle all of the changes when store items went into main search. Since that date in early May my GTC Buy It Now store items no longer update in AW2K... as a example, new GTC listings that I created in June still show a end date in July in my own AW2K Auction Lots. They are still live on eBay but when I do a Update All Lots under the Auction Site tab the lots do not update with a current end date and the monthly 5 cent charge never shows up when I update the lots. This function used to work for me for years but when the update was done in May it went away.... I have been living with it thinking that AW2K would do a software update and fix it but that never happened... am I the only one having this problem? Should I contact Thom?
