I had a problem last week with the software and Thom worked tirelessly to get me back up and running. I didn’t realize how dependent on AW2000 I was, but it is the core of all of my eBay work and when I didn’t have it, I realized how much I needed it. If you are lurking around reading posts and wondering whether or not to give AW2000 I try, I would highly recommend it! I have 1100 current eBay listings and thousands completed, all facilitated by this software. Happy selling.
