I still have this problem but it only appears at night... I can list all day long but then at a certain time in the evening I get the API Error message and I cannot upload photographs. I also cannot download sales info for closed auctions or store sales at night because of the same error. I e-mailed Thom at AW2K several weeks ago and he said it was a eBay problem that they were working on. I guess we should start complaining to eBay about this... it needs to be fixed (as of Tuesday 09/29/2015).
