Re: New Update Error [re: auctions1329]

Final note. As always, I received fast support from the author, Mr. Withgott confirming everything we've said above.

Regarding the error message:
"The "Field POP3TLSMode not found" error happens when the database fails to upgrade after all of the updated components are installed. Running the update installer again can fix it, but sometimes additional steps are required."

Regarding the update hanging on my computer"
"The update installer locking up is a different kind of problem. It is possible that the installer was searching your computer for installations of AW2000. When the update installer starts running it checks the system registry for locations of known AW2000 installations. If none are found, or the installer cannot validate any of the installations, then it begins searching all of the drives on the system for valid installations. This can take several minutes. During the search the drive activity light on the computer will blink often. When the search completes the update installer will save the locations of any installations that were found in the Windows Registry, so the search won't be needed next time you install an update."

For the record, I've just shipped today's items and everything works perfectly.
