Hi,

We had some upgrades done to our hard drive and unfortunately had to download AW2000 again to get the program to work. I lost everything I had.....auction lots invoices all my configurations....GONE. I did backup everything like I do about once a week, but nothing is there. What can I do to fix this. I don't want to have to enter everything again and ask about my last 100 buyers for their shipping information. It's way too much trouble.
