Great idea! In fact, I was thinking along the same line :)
Actually, what I was asking was if the repeat buyer toggle could be used in any of the automated processes. What I wanted to do was some kind of an acknowledgment in my standard "thanks for payment" email that was conditional on them being a repeat buyer.
I was also thinking that a seperate feedback category for repeat buyers would also be cool.
See...Thom does some really cool thing and users like me say "wow...thanks...how about adding THIS also..."
