Neutral feedback rolled back at eBay

Hi, All,

eBay is changing the feedback mechanism in late August... Based on the feedback provided by the community not only at eBay Live but through the suggestion box, discussion boards and focus group responses...

Neutrals will no longer count as a negative. All feedback will be re-calculated again, site wide, again. No PowerSeller will lose their status until after the changes are made. So if your feedback percentages were adversely affected by the first change, sit tight, eBay will fix the feedback soon.

Also, eBay is adding a new mechanism for buyer's and seller's to literally alter negative feedback. Not just remove the rating but change it.. So if the buyer makes a mistake OR if the seller rectifies the issue in a timely manner, there will be a method in place for buyer and seller to change the negative rating. YEAH!

Keep those well worded suggestions going into the Suggestion box.

And keep those professionally presented ideas posted on the discussion boards. Contrary to popular rants, eBay is actually listening. So now is the time to let your idea or opinion known. You just never know when you could provide that super creative idea that has not yet been considered.!

Have a great day!!!!
