Third party providers that self host the image and the image is within the description field do not have to alter their image sizes. AW2000 users are exempt as long as your images are in the description field or within the template design.

And Yes I agree, these larger images are going to take longer to download .. I hate to view the huge images on my droid. Can take forever for big images to download sometimes!
