In GRid view
Select the listings that are receiving the error.
Right click
Choose Clear Auction id
Then list the Auction lots again

Be sure to check for program updates in Tools > check for program updates.

As far as receiving tech responses, sounds like spam filters may need to be adjusted so their responses can come in.
