Re: Adding images to inventory item [re: toylink]

Hello

Your database is full. There are a couple of ways to correct it.
The quickest is to archive away old unneeded records

Anything in Inventory items that you no longer have in stock, uncheck the "Active" link

Make a full backup to a DVD or a jumpdrive and mark it with the date,.File away somewhere safe. If you should ever need the old records they can be restored from the backup.

Archive away the old records using Archive/purge
The advanced settings in Archive will allow you to archive select what you want to archive away and the date range. Many users only archive away inventory items, the related auction lots but keep all invoices. That way they can lookup past buyers and what they purchased

Archiving will remove unneeded images away and reduce the database size.

Let us know if that helps ..
