Re: Tutorial [re: eastwind]

Mary,

YOu have selected the incorrect "yellow hand" You are using the Show/Hide records filter. That is not the "Associate" tool.

The Associate tool is located on the center divider in the Email reader window.

I do not think you are in the EMail window.. I think you have opened an Email in the Invoice using the "Email" link on the center divider.

Or you have switched back to the Invoices tab which you do not need to do.

If you are not in the Email reader, the store buyer info tool is not available to you. You must click on the "Email" tab that is along the side bar.

There are several tabs available. InventoryItems, Auction lots, Invoice, Ledger and then Email.

It is the Email tab where you access thePaypal payment. When you open the Paypal payment to view it, the payment takes up the entire screen. The Invoice does not appear below unless you do one of two things

1.)Find the Invoice using Auction id, user id, email address.

2.)Select the "Show Database record panel" tool located on the very top toolbar. It is imediately to the right of the little tiny $Insur tool .
