Well editing a "live" listing to add the attributes doesn't work. It's not possible, so I made a duplicate using Ebay's Selling Manager Pro which let me add the attributes and quantities before launching the listing. At least I was able to copy and paste the description HTML from the AW2000 listing.
I hope it won't be too long before this feature is added to AW2000.
