Yes and no.

I use Second chance offers. However, the offer is created on eBay. Then create an Auction lot in AW2K and paste the auction id into the Auction number field. Be sure to use the correct start/end dates and manually change the status to Online. If the buyer accepts the offer, you update and generate invoices as normal.
