Hi:
Sorry to hear you are having problems. I recall that there may be a couple of things to check if you see this error. First thing I would do is to go to the auction listing page in as2k and double check that all images are there. Even though the tabs show an image name it is possible they are not there. Just check to see if each tab has an image. If not then reselect the image.

If all images are there check your FTP setup with the image server. In the program go to FILE/FTP Accounts. Then make sure all settings are correct and do a test to make sure the settings work.
