I have an issue I need to discuss with someone at eBay -- it's an issue that is petty in financial impact but large in principle.

They make a big to-do about phone support for sellers who have an eBay Store, but calling 866-322-9103 just gets you a series of recorded messages, as far as I can tell. Is there a way to get an actual person on the line without being a Power Seller?
