Hi,

You can select the "Best offer" option on the Lister window under Additional Options tab. That will appear after you upload images. The additional Options tab is the second tab over from the left. Right next to "Basic".

Keep in mind all auction lots you list will be affected unless you uncheck the "Best Offer".
