Sue,

The current links policy allows the seller to include in their listing one email link which opens an email client for asking questions. That was one of the policy changes eBay backed down on earlier this year, gave in and allowed the seller to leave that type of link in. The sellers and software vendors really fought eBay on that one. For the third party email campaign programs, email is a major deal.

I would strongly suggest AW2K users consider leaving all links, payment methods and policies in the templates either on the appropriate page or in the header or footer. That way one change applies globally.

If a user enters that information into the description field, then every single Auction lot must be edited as opposed to editing a template.
