I am going to try to lead you around the way that I went.
I now back tracked to see how it showed up.
You know I DID NOT have it at first.
So lets try:

I went to the top right of any eBay page and clicked on , My eBay, Summary.
Then, on your Summary page way down on the left corner, I have a clickable link, "View My eBay Selling" click on that.
That brings up a page, where it still shows ONLY watchers,
Go to the Active under the "Sell" box on the left hand side about halfway up the page and click "Active"
When that page loads you should have the Viewers/Watch column and the refresh icon. Mine didn't show any viewers until you activate the refresh click then viola!!
Then up towards the right top you are able to sort by viewers too! Which I thought was pretty neat.
