When I try to list an item I get and error message returned that says

"Listing Errors and Warnings for Auction Profile "ebay"
API Error Code 10019: ShippingService is required if Insurance, SalesTax, or AutoPay is specified."

I get this from every listing.

Your help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
