I need your Listinglog.txt file in order to see what the problem is.

Run AW2000.
click "File"
Then program options.

In the lower right hand corner put a checkmark next to Generate HTTP Log.

Try to list.

After you have the error message.

Go back to Program options and uncheck "Generate HTTP log"

Attach the HTTPLog.txt and ListingLog.txt to an email and I'll let you know what I find.

YOu will find the log files by going to Windows explorer

Expand My Computer
Expand C Drive
Click on the AW2000 folder.

The files are located on the right preview pane in alphabetical order..

C:\Aw2000\Listinglog.txt and C:\Aw2000\HTTPlog.txt
