I got an email from eBay that stated "Upload tracking on at least 90% of your May shipments to US buyers — within your stated handling time — to meet the new requirement." If this starts June 1st, can't I just bulk edit my auctions for the one day shipping on June1? Also, what about First Class? Will that count against us? Thanks for any help!
