Hi and help!

I dont know if Im doing something wrong or if I dont have the right auctionwizard but I have been trying to list my auctions on my ebay store. it states to go to the
The List Auction Lots on eBay Stores dialog box ?? in the help menu.
Where is that ? I can get to the list auctions on ebay box where you see all the current lot and the options, but I do not see other options for the ebay stores . Where is that? Am I doing something wrong ? Thanks Wen
