New User questions

Can you copy ALL name and address fields at one time? Example Can I copy the following with one copy command
First last name
Street address
City st zip
So I can manually use partial sheets of address labels? OR Can I paste the above information into the buyer fields with one paste? Not having to paste the name, then the st address, theen the city, etc. I was trying to do this thru the database record per an answer on a previous post.

The Database Record Panel provides access to your Invoices and Auction Lots from within Email Reader and Email Editor windows. The panel has two tabs, each with its own toolbar. The buttons for switching tabs are on the right end of the toolbars. I CAN NOT FIND THIS--Database recond Panel? I used Help and went to the Database record panel -- I am still missing something.

Is there...Address type field that is –not actually part of the address—but stored with that data, so when you enter the id of a previous buyer that information is shown on the current invoice? I need a field with 25 characters.

Delete images after X days—I am assuming that the image is not deleted if item is an inventory item and or relisted?

List lots queue lots for listing (highlighted lots), list lots, list all lots, automatic --only one of the auctions will list.

When listing auctions all internet connections are closed—when uploading pictures.

Total Due—when offering 2 shipping options, how do you change the balance due? Re compute shipping charges did not change balance due---resend invoice and then delete it? When I change the shipping amount the total due soed not change,

I appreciate your help. I have only been using the program a few days.
