I have designed a form that will print to a lable printer for out inventory tags. But when I try to save it I get an error that says "Key Violation" I cannot figure out what I did wrong. Does anyone know what that error code means?

PS wh e currently have over 1000 items in the inventory and listed using AW2000. Only about 4000 to go. Have just started to set up all the back end stuff. Its going well for the most part.
