how do i automate email replies ? so that when the auction ends it sends automated templated email to the higherst bidders ?? like for example in vendio after the auction end it will automatically send a winning bidder notification email message to all the highest bidder.

Is there a way to set the software to automatically retrive the name and address of all my winning bidders? so that i don't need to log in to ebay and copy their name and address one by one and save it to my micorsoft excel because this is very time consuming. please response asap i'm considering to change to a new auction management that fits my needs.

These are such basic questions I think you need to run some trial auctions following the aw2k tutorial guidelines. That will give you a feel for the work-flow of AW2K and answer these questions.

A short answer is...yes, aw2k can send template emails to all your winners, and will automatically update your aw2k database with buyer data.
