Downloaded file Aw2kU1560s.exe from the website; installed it; nothing but errors. Can't open the program even after a restart. Just get the "sorry, must close" errors.

How do I use the AW backup file?

Hello Sue,

Run the installer one more time. Be sure the anti virus is disabled and the internet security is turned off.

Try installing the exe file again and see if the second time around it runs.

I didn't have any trouble at all on 9 machines. So I am thinking it is something to do with the configuration on the computer.

Hi Judy,

I am so jazzed about the image changes! Can't wait to try but I will have to do :( Having a problem installing the update.

I am getting the termination message:

Image
Save: Image not allocated.

I have disabled my anti-virus and closed my browser before installing.

Now I cannot open AW 2000 at all.

I have tried installing 3-4 times now.

Any ideas?

It is a cool update!

Disable the UAC on the user account and run the install as adminstrator.

If that doesn't work contact support

One other question, if you know...would it do any good to completely remove AW and reinstall from scratch?
