I uploaded a number of items to a new eBay store that I created. I took a number of items I had on AuctionWizard 2000 and uploaded them. Except for about 4. I get: error API error code 21916389. Handling time is now required. What do I have to do now to correct. I did take and make a duplicate of the item, but still had the problem. Would just like to solve so that I know in the future.

In the shipping options you must select a handling time. That field can no longer be left blank. It must be set to 1 business day or 2 business days or whatever the time frame is that you will ship a package after receiving cleared payment.

You can set the handling time on the Auction profile shipping options default which will fix newly created auction lots.

You can also go to the Grid view, select records, right click and choose to set the Auction lots to the shipping default. That is if the auction lots can be configured to the shipping default you have setup in the profile. Otherwise you will need to check the auction lots Shipping options prior to listing
