After setting up my email information in AW2000. When I recieve my favorite searches from ebay, I cannot see the picture like in my old outlook email program. Is there any way to view the picture in the aw2000 emsail reader pane?

Thanks for posting. AW2000 does not display email messages in the same format as Outlook Express. AW2000 only reads email in "text".

You can leave mail on the server and read it in Outlook Express or whatever mail client you use. Which is what I do. You will need to configure AW2000 to leave a copy on your ISP mail server, go to File | Auction Profiles | Email accounts. Towards the bottom of the page, check the box next to "Leave mail on the server".

After you load mail into AW2000 and you find there is email you need to read in HTML, you can still load the mail into Outlook to view it.

My entire computer network is configured to leave a copy of mail on the server both in AW2000 and Outlook EXpress. Works really well.
