Notify Winning Bidder Default  

Greetings -

Is there any way to change the default email template that AW2K uses when you click "Notify Winning Bidders"?

Is there a reason that I have to keep all of my sent mail in the Out Box and cannot move it? This doesn't make sense to me that I can't have a "Sent Messages" folder. Shouldn't the "Out Box" should be for messages that are qued to be sent but not sent.

I know I am probably missing something or there is a good reason for this.

The default Email Template used to email your winning bidders is selected on your Auction Profile (File | Auction Profiles... on the menu bar). Select the Email Template you want to use from the Winning Bidder Email drop down list.

You can create as many folders as you want for your email messages. If you want to create a folder in your Out Box, click on your Out Box on the Email window. Right click and select New Folder from the popup menu. Enter a name for the new folder and press the "Enter" key on your keyboard.
